No Bake Breakfast Oat Balls (vegan)

Ingredients:

-1 1/4 cup rolled oats

-3/4 cup nut butter (I used almond butter)

-1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

-1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

-1/4 cup crushed walnuts

-1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


How To:

1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mixture should be thick and clump together. If too dry add additional nut butter.

2. Refrigerate for 30-45 mins.

3. Roll into golf ball sized balls.

4. Enjoy! Keep refrigerated for optimal snacking.
